Gordon

Gordon Oakley

Managing Director
Gordon formed the company in 1989, was previously Senior Purchaser at British Airways and formerly British Caledonian Airways. Has a vast knowledge of manufacturing products for the inflight service industry - also excels at innovation and tennis.

Keith

Keith Brent

Commercial Director
Keith joined Malton in December 2006. Previously he worked for British Caledonian (13 years) and American Express (17 years) both at a senior level in sales and customer services. Well known for his diversity ethics at Malton, Keith is responsible for new business and financials.

Tony

Tony Holmes

Operations Director
Tony has been with Malton for 13 years and has a wealth of product and industry knowledge. In his previous career he was a rock star with Ultravox until his other half put her foot down.

Ian

Ian Gamba

Admininstration Manager
Ian joined the company 14 years ago and has vast experience in Finance. Is therefore an adept and skilled judge of monetary matters, except when it comes to picking horse-racing winners.

James Ross

Project Management
James is a qualified PRINCE2 project manager, with 12 years experience in delivering complex projects for a range of clients. In his spare time Jim enjoys travel, the exotic and music.

Jacques has 27 years experience working within the finance industry, with our financial partners Davenham Trade Finance. Highly skilled in dealing with client-relationships and his expertise is invaluable in ensuring the right approach is taken with our clients. Outside interests include Gardening, Koi Carp and most sports.

Joined the Company in August 2007. Is already a highly valued member of the Malton team. Currently tasked with developing Management Processes towards ISO9001 accreditation , Marketing and Sales support. Social life involves constant energy in-take, keeping buff and football.

Sales Director, Middle East
Joined Malton in February 2008. Jackie has more than 20 years experience working in senior positions covering sales, marketing and finance; both in the Middle East and in South Africa. With her strong management background she can draw on a wealth of valuable experience to manage and grow the Dubai office.

Rachel Xu

General Manager, China
Majored at Nanjing Hohai University in Foreign Trade (English); Rachel has 8 years' working experience in international commerce. Before joining us here at Malton China, she was Sales Director for a leading textile company and, prior to that, worked in an international sourcing company as department manager for nearly five years. With her academic background and extensive working experience, Rachel is extremely experienced in all exportation procedures and skilled in dealing with various factories.

Buyer, China
Graduated at Wuhan University in international trade, Grace has been a buyer for over two years in one of China's leading textile exporting companies. In her role Grace specialised in sourcing new products and in packaging materials and is particularly skilled in developing solid supplier-partner working relationship and she always pays close attention to detail. Grace proudly claims to enjoy her work emensely and it shows - she is very good at it.

Quality Control Manager, China
An inspector, including inflight products for over five years, Yu is very experienced and knowledgeable about all aspects of manufacturing and AQL inspection standards. She understands factory management and is extremely adept at maintaining tight quality control under difficult circumstances when the pressure to meet tight deadlines and exacting quality standards can cause friction with the production people. Her hard work usually goes unnoticed to our clients - but that's the way they and we like it - and we really appreciate and value what she does.
